Hi, I'm Jen.
I’m a certified personal trainer and macro nutrition coach, and I created Jen Lives Well to reflect the kind of support I was searching for myself — practical, thoughtful, and rooted in self-trust.
For years, I cycled through diets, programs, and challenges that promised results but never seemed to last. I followed plans created by others, without really understanding what my body needed or why. When progress stalled or life got busy, I’d start over again — frustrated, tired, and unsure what actually worked for me.
I didn’t want to keep living in that cycle. So, I began shifting toward a simpler, more sustainable approach: consistent strength training, balanced nutrition through macro tracking, and learning to work with my body instead of against it. I stopped chasing perfection and started focusing on habits I could maintain — even when life wasn’t ideal.
That shift changed everything.
Jen Lives Well and the Live Well Method were born from that experience. Today, my work centers on helping others build strength, understand their nutrition, and develop habits that support lasting change — without extremes or constant restarting. The goal isn’t dependency on a plan, but confidence in your own ability to make informed choices over time.
