I’m a personal trainer and macro nutrition coach, on a mission to help you feel good, get strong, and live well.
Trust me when I say, I have tried every diet, program, and challenge out there. For years I gave my power away to trainers and coaches who would tell me what to do and when to do it, without really listening to my body or understanding how I was fueling it. I was constantly starting over, jumping from one program to the next when the results didn’t show or didn’t last.
I knew I didn’t want to live in that cycle anymore.
So I started making changes—simpler strength workouts, balanced nutrition through macro tracking, and giving myself grace when life got messy. I realized that progress is better than perfection, and that there are many facets to living well.
And that’s when Jen Lives Well and the Live Well Method™ were born.
Now, I help others understand what their bodies need, build lasting habits, and finally feel in control of their health – not perpetually dependent on someone else’s plan. Whether you’re just getting started, coming back after a break, or ready to take your health to the next level, I’ve got you!
