12-Week Private Coaching Program
This is a 12-week private, 1:1 coaching experience for those who want a steady, realistic approach to nutrition and fitness — and who are ready to build results that last.
Twelve weeks allows time to properly assess where you’re starting, understand your current habits and patterns, and build a plan that fits your body and your life. From there, we make thoughtful adjustments as your body responds, so progress feels consistent and sustainable rather than rushed.
This is not a short-term program or quick reset. It’s a focused period of education, implementation, and consistency, with the goal of helping you feel confident in how you eat and move long after the 12 weeks are complete.
What We Work On Together
Throughout the 12 weeks, our work together will include:
Macro-based nutrition tailored to your body and goals
Strength training guidance to support consistency and progression (home and/or gym)
Building routines around food and movement that you genuinely enjoy
Learning how to adjust your approach as your needs change
Developing clarity and confidence in your own decision-making
The emphasis is always on education, understanding, and sustainability — not rigid rules, meal plans, or extremes.
How Coaching Works
Coaching is fully individualized and delivered one-on-one. Support is ongoing, practical, and responsive, with regular check-ins and adjustments as needed.
Your 12-week coaching period begins on the Monday following sign-up.
