How Coaching Works
Coaching is fully individualized and delivered one-on-one. Support is ongoing, practical, and responsive, with regular check-ins and adjustments as needed.
Your 12-week coaching period begins on the Monday following sign-up.

$600 paid in full
or
3 monthly payments of $225
After the 12 Weeks
Continuation coaching is optional and discussed privately as we approach the end of your initial 12-week period.
